A Safe and Welcoming Place to Learn and Grow
Our nursery provides a warm, stimulating environment where babies, toddlers and pre-school children can feel at home while learning, playing and developing at their own pace.
Babies
Our baby rooms provide a calm, welcoming environment where children from around 8 months to 2 years can safely explore, play and develop.
With a high 1:2 staff-to-child ratio, our team can provide plenty of individual care and attention. We also have a dedicated sleep room with blackout blinds, soothing music and monitors, helping us maintain each child’s familiar sleep routine.
Toddlers
At around the age of 2, children begin their transition into our Toddler rooms on the ground floor.
These slightly larger but familiar surroundings give toddlers more space to explore, build their independence and develop new skills, while preparing them for the move to Pre-School in our separate Coach House building from around age 3.
Pre-School
Our Pre-School includes seven spacious rooms, each designed to support different areas of learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Children aged approximately 3 to 5 learn and play together, creating a friendly, family-like atmosphere. With a 1:6 staff-to-child ratio, we provide a balance of child-led learning, adult-led activities and age-appropriate small group sessions.
Outdoor Play
Our One-Acre Private Garden
Outdoor play is a big part of nursery life. Our private south and west-facing garden gives children plenty of space to explore, play and discover throughout the year.
Children can enjoy:
- A large allotment and potting shed
- Bike and active play areas
- Sand and beach-style play
- Grass and astro-turf areas
- Climbing equipment and an amphitheatre
- Decking for construction and creative play
- Woodland and Forest
- School activities
- Quiet spaces for reading and relaxing
- Covered outdoor areas for all-weather play
Whatever the weather, we encourage children to spend time outdoors, enjoy nature and make the most of our fantastic garden.
